These dumplings pack a punch and are made with pork from Hokkaido and domestic vegetables, and are seasoned with plenty of ginger and garlic.
The dumpling filling is pre-seasoned, so it can be enjoyed without adding any sauce, and it can also be enjoyed boiled in soup or hotpot rather than simply grilled.

■How to cook delicious gyoza ★Fried gyoza (10 pieces)★
1. Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil. Place the frozen dumplings in the pan and fry until lightly browned.
2. Add enough hot water to cover one-third of the dumplings, cover the frying pan, and steam-fry over medium heat until all the water has evaporated.
3. When you hear a sizzling sound, remove the lid. Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil around the dumplings and cook them over high heat for about 1 minute to make them crispy.

★Soup dumplings★
Put the frozen dumplings into boiling water. When they float, they are done. Serve with vinegar and soy sauce.
It can also be enjoyed in consomme soup.

■Note: Do not defrost the gyoza before cooking.
